While the aesthetic is appealing, comfort falls flat with rock-hard beds and sofas that leave much to be desired. The lack of useful kitchen utensils limited our cooking experience, and UHT milk was a letdown instead of fresh options. Ventilation was poor, as windows couldn’t open and air conditioning made the room excessively dry. Overall cleanliness had its quirks—while the surfaces were clean, dust lingered in the corners, and pillows were disappointingly thin for a decent night's sleep.

Comfortable room, excellent gym, which included unexpected amenities like a fridge and kettle, made my stay enjoyable as I had everything I needed to feel self-contained and relaxed while being just a short walk, only 0.2 km, from Gloucester Road.

Loved this place! It felt like home away from home. Super spacious flat with a full kitchen. Spa and pool were great for winding down after exploring. Just a block from the tube and Hyde Park! Hit up the bar for some fab cocktails too. Only thing was the restaurant was a bummer since we didn't eat there.

We spent 2 nights here in a really nice, modern room. It was super clean, and the location is perfect—just a 3-min walk to the tube! The pool was awesome, but a bit chilly for my taste. We also enjoyed breakfast in our room, which was a nice touch!
